BMS Engineer Candidate
We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge building management systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- System Design and Engineering:
– Design and engineer BMS solutions tailored to client needs, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) control, and energy management integration.
– Develop system architecture, control strategies, selection of Control valves and network layouts for BMS implementations.
- System Installation and Configuration:
– Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS hardware and software components, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication devices.
– Configure Honeywell BMS software platforms to meet project requirements,
– Ensure proper wiring, terminations, and connectivity of field devices to the BMS network.
- Integration and Interoperability:
– Integrate BMS systems with other building systems and subsystems, including fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and energy monitoring systems.
– Develop custom interfaces, protocols, and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between BMS and third-party systems.
– Collaborate with IT and network specialists to ensure secure and reliable communication between BMS components and enterprise networks.
- System Programming and Optimization:
– Develop and implement control algorithms, logic sequences, and schedules to optimize building operations, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
– Program BMS controllers and software applications using proprietary or industry-standard programming languages (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
– Conduct system performance tuning, calibration, and fine-tuning to achieve desired operational parameters and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- – 3-5 years of experience in building automation, controls engineering, Chiller Management Systems or BMS system integration.
- – Proficiency in BMS software Configuration
- – Strong understanding of building systems and subsystems, including HVAC, and energy management.
- – Knowledge of building automation protocols and standards such as BACnet, and Modbus
SCADA Engineer Candidates
We are seeking a talented SCADA Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge SCADA solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- SCADA System Design and Development
– Design, develop, and configure SCADA software applications, HMI screens, and data acquisition systems tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
– Integrate SCADA systems with diverse hardware devices, PLCs, RTUs, sensors, and control networks.
-Well versed in PLC programming
- System Implementation and Deployment
– Lead SCADA system implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
– Install, configure, and commission SCADA hardware and software components in accordance with design specifications and client requirements.
– Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SCADA systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless operation.
- Documentation and Training:
– Create comprehensive technical documentation, system diagrams, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SCADA systems.
– Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, operators, and maintenance personnel on SCADA system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related field
- – 5-6 years of experience in SCADA system design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
- – Proficiency in SCADA software platforms such as Ignition, Wonderware, GE iFIX, or Siemens WinCC.
- – Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric) and control systems integration.
